One Legged Plank – hold each position for 10 seconds each
– high knees

Starflsh Plank – 30 seconds each side
– high knees

Around the World Plank – 60 seconds
– high knees

Oblique Dips – 20 times each side
– high knees

Rinse and Repeat 3 times!
