1-Baking Soda and Lemon
This may be one of the most popular of the natural teeth whitening home remedies. The chemical
reaction of baking soda with the citrus of lemon juice has a smile-brightening effect.
In a small bowl, mix a little bit of baking soda with the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon.
The mixture should bubble slightly. Using a cotton swab, wipe saliva and excess plaque from your
teeth before brushing on the mixture. Leave the mixture on your teeth for a minute before gently

half water and half hydrogen peroxide, swish around in your mouth for about one minute, and then

4- Use Apple Cider Vinegar

teeth/gum cleanser, would also be able to remove stubborn stains on the teeth. ACV is especially
helpful for removing stains due to common culprits like coffee and nicotine (smoking),ACV contains
compounds including acetic acid, potassium, magnesium, probiotics and enzymes, which kill germs
(dangerous “bad” bacteria)
5- Coconut Oil Pulling
Coconut oil to clean your teeth,Simply put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and swish it
between your teeth for five to 20 minutes, or add a few drops to your toothbrush and brush it on.
Another option is to apply coconut oil to a corner of a clean washcloth and rub it on the teeth
Salt is one of the fundamental dental cleansing agents that has been used for ages. It helps
replenish lost mineral content in the teeth and helps revive their white color.
You can use common salt regularly each morning as a tooth powder instead of toothpaste. Another
option is to mix common salt with charcoal and brush your teeth with it regularly.
You can also mix common salt with baking soda and gently rub it on your teeth.
